These portals include picturesque natural locations, such as local parks and gardens, as well as notable architectural features, sculptures, and scenic views of the river or cityscapes. Additionally, the app offers immersive session options tailored for use at home, in the office, or while on the go.

Investing just ten minutes a day over a two-week period in OPO meditations has the potential to yield significant improvements in well-being.

For an optimal experience, users are encouraged to sit comfortably, don their headphones, press play, and engage with the moment.
