Utilizing guided meditation paired with carefully selected soundscapes and real-life visual elements, OPO aims to facilitate a profound connection with oneself, the surrounding environment, and the broader natural world.

The OPO app allows users to locate nearby OPO 'portals' – special sites within the landscape that evoke inspiration. These portals include picturesque natural locations, such as local parks and gardens, as well as notable architectural features, sculptures, and scenic views of the river or cityscapes. Additionally, the app offers immersive session options tailored for use at home, in the office, or while on the go.

Investing just ten minutes a day over a two-week period in OPO meditations has the potential to yield significant improvements in well-being.

For an optimal experience, users are encouraged to sit comfortably, don their headphones, press play, and engage with the moment.
